i want to swap the Hope Mono M4 203mm brakes form the wife's DH bike onto my new bouncy project.
Currently on 'zocchi 66 forks with IS mount so no adapter required, new forks are post mount, is there an adapter that will do this without adding 20mm to the disc size?

Its not hope but should do the job
Ignore that to.
No the post mounts are already further away from the axle than the IS mounts would be. So to put a IS brake on a post mount fork will always move the brake outwards.
Try seeing if some one will swop their 180 is for you 203 caliper

Reviews seem to look like it's right
could just get a proper dinner plate rotor but i'm not confident that a 220mm rotor would last that long and the forks are only rated to 210
Ashima might do one
according to the spec the AU2 (or AU02) is for a IS caliper to PM fork 203 rotor.it looks offset with the IS holes infront of the PM holes so it might be the one.
Just looked on their web site and i'm confused. maybe with the parts in front of you you can see how it would work. but it cold be 02, 21 or the 22.
