Free to anyone though preference to anyone doing it on a cyclocoss bike or at least a hardtail, if you need a FS for it, then it's time to zip up your man suit 😉

I'd have thought the opposite was true of HONC-Zip up if you need to do it on a cross bike as it's nearly all road & fields,be FAR harder & manly on a FS..... 8)
Anyway, I'll be doing it rigid with 80psi in the tyres....
