Does anyone know of any decent mountain biking companies near Salou? I thought I had found one but it's really just going downhill on B roads looking at the view, which is not quite what I had envisaged! Thanks very much in advance!

I stayed at Cambrils Park Sports Village for a road cycling holiday earlier in the year. It is geared up for road more than off-road. The road cycling is amazing around there...
Mollydoo were the agent we went through, who do MTB there too. Maybe google can come up with their off-road routes

I stayed in Tarragona last summer and though I was road biking there appeared to be loads of mountain biking in the hills. Saw plenty of mountain bikers when I was out.
