hi,

my dropper would not stay up anymore with being less than a year old. Ok, no problem I thought, it has a 3 year warranty. So LBS sent it off and then nothing, nada, zero. 2 months have gone by and no info from CB.

Was anybody in a similar situation but got it sorted. How did you do it?

Thx

Get onto your LBS, get them to call the distributor when you are there and get the full story .

You'll often find it's the lazy ass lbs' who don't chase up the progress of warranty claim item.

I'm not surprised at the service, I'm more surprised you actually bought a product made by Crank Bros.

I would suggest contacting Extra UK direct one 01933 672170. There is no good reason why there should be any delays or alike...

Maybe ask for a guy called Rich in warranty @ Extra he is usually very helpful...

Crank bros and parts are never happy bedfellows. Did you see the "Ask us anything" on PinkBike a year or two ago? It was, predictably, "Why don't you make stuff that doesn't fall to bits" asked several times.
