Quick question folks....

If I take one late evenings, could it affect my sleep? Just the regular version and obviously not the caffeine ones!

Do they contact any "energy" ingredients or just help with hydration?

Cheers

If you plug it, yes.

I guess anything that upsets your body's chemistry might?

I find I get restless legs at night if I get badly dehydrated in the day even if I drink plenty in the evenings. Which prevents me getting to sleep.

Could do, but doesn't affect me. I pop them all the time..even 3am!

No carbs in them, just electrolytes. And only the plus have caffeine. these are the ones i'm doing in the night. Also good for driving across france without going sleepy. They have many uses.

Are you talking about zero? If so then assuming you don't use the caffeine ones the they'd make little difference I would have thought.

They are marketted as calorie free so no sugar bost either.

I find the plain ones are the best- less chemically with no sweeteners.
