Morning
Snapped the hanger on my bike last week, and in the process of changing it, it reveals the bearings, so had a little feel and they are pretty much solid. Could not see an obvious way of popping them out, anyone changed the bearings on a Trek EX 8 (new version with ABP)? and hints tips?
And guide on the web? Did a quick search and cam eup with nothing

Use a micro bearing extractor. Especially effective with a heat gun to reduce the interference fit
