Snip it off. The buyer will have to fit a new olive (that's what it's called) anyway.

Unbolt the calliper and thread it around the frame. I'm sorry if I don't understand the question.

I doubt the banjo fittings will fit through the hose guides in the frame!

Cut the hose to get rid of olive / barb in there, thread hose through guides, slide rubber cover (5th from left) on hose, slide black locking nut (4th from left) on hose, slide olive (1st on left) on hose, put barb (2nd from left) in the end of the hose, then push hose into lever end, thread locking nut into lever whilst pushing hose into lever and tighten. Locking nut pushes olive into lever squishes it and compresses onto hose and locking barb in place. Slide rubber cover over locking nut.
Bleed brakes, test then ride.

Tom, don't worry, just undo the black nut under the rubber cover at the lever end. When it's loose and sliding down along the hose, pull the hose out of the lever, and then cut the hose about 15mm from the end, 5-6mm past the brass olive. You can then pull it through the frame. Bung all the bits in the parcel and I'll sort it out at this end. It is no hassle for me. Don't worry about the bleed.
