My missus wants to sell her bike to finance a ne wun.
What sort of prices should i be asking for:
Non disc gary fisher wahoo frame (small) inc Sram front mech, seat post, cane creek headset and seat clamp
Marzocchi EXR comp forks wit hardly any use
LX parallelogram grakes (Front and rear)
deore rear mecha nd shifter - 9 spd
lx front shifter
sram 8 speed cassette (pg850 with 20 miles use)
spesh hubbed/alex rim tyres
dmr conrod stem and flat bars

it all depends on what condition the items are in and how old they are?

normal rule of thumb is about 50% of new prices which decreases if they have been used and abused.

do a quick search on ebay or classifieds to get rough guide prices.

£250 at best

but unlike my last quote of £250, im not actually interested in this purchase. To grab my attention it would have to be under £75 posted.

More like 100-120 pounds I reckon....if you're lucky. For £200 i could get a new bike similar spec but with disc brakes, so the £75 estimate isn't all that unrealistic.

i meant as parts not as a complete bike
