Just wondered if anyone had come across this problem before.
Ive got some 2011 DT Swiss XRC 100 forks and I want to fit an XTR 965 caliper to it using a 160mm disc. The fork is POST mount and the caliper is IS mount. Ive just bought a KCNC adapter from clee cycles:-

but it doesnt seem like this will fit the fork without spacers and possibly a larger disc.
Is there any way I can use a 160mm disc with a POST to IS adapter?
Might be easier just to buy a new caliper!

No and Ive tried all the options a I can see....
I had a good read of it before and it seems a few people are having to fit 180mm discs with the adapter. I seem to have two problems the adapter does not sit squarely on the posts when in the position in the photo and if it did the disc only covers half the pads!
I thought you had to go up by 20mm on the rotor.
Thats what I'm starting to think, aLthough clee cycles seemed to think I wouldnt need to with the correct KCNC mount...
I am facing the same problem as Yan. Dt swiss XRC 100 with a Shimano XTR M965 calliper and a 180 mm disc. I have an adapter from Shimano (SM-MA-F180S/P PM) that I used on a Rock Shox Recon without problems but this adapter does not fit to the XRC fork. Did it eventually work out to mount to calliper with the KCNC adapter and use a 180 mm disc?
