Your thread should have started with "Help of the....". The capital H would indicate the start of your statement/question. ๐
On another note, I'd remove the "I do believe I can be" and replace it with "I am sure I would be".

I'd say [i]keep[/i] the comma before the 'and', and remove the 'I' immediately after it. That will make for a perfectly shaped, well-punctuated sentence.
Let's hear it for the Oxford comma.
