I've got a set of Axis 2 wheels brand new sitting in my shed with tyres. I want to build my own winter bike which can take mudguards for commute to work.
I'm riding a spesh tarmac at the moment but will hopefully put it away when bad weather comes.
I've found this from Paul Milne cycles;

Not sure if they are any good. I've also looked at ribble, any other suggestions would be great.
I'm 6ft 3.5 with 34 inch inside leg. 61cm frame size.
