I've got bit of a SPD dilema.
Do I get some xtr trail pedals for my 140 ht or sme xtr race for the XC bike?
I've got some old xt spuds for the 'loser'.

I don't see the point of the cage on the trail, so I'd go for the race.

I've only used the ones with the cage twice (M530) and they seem to help clipping in but might just be a coincidence.

Try time atacs... Knee saving sweetness in pedal form.. Honestly a much better system.
