Ben 10 and Moshi Monsters seem to be my 6 year old Nephew's current favourites.
This Lego game has just just come highly recommended by parents of my 5 yr olds friend.

You can't go wrong with lego, but if it's got to be used on a plane then not so good. My 5 year old loves us to read him old Enid Blyton stories - Five Find Outers or Famous Five for instance.
