OK I am thinking of building a 29 er.
I don't wanted to spend mad money but would liked some help looking for a fork, as I don't seem to be able to find any.

On one and merlin both worth a look at the mo.
How long? What tyoe of riding? what kind of frame? That sort of thing.
20mm is more difficult to find would 15mm do? You haven't mentioned travel, but I assume were looking at the 100mm mark
Reba's seemingly come in at £400 (on the german mail order sites), there are some 2012 20mm Rev's around but they've gone 15mm for 2013 but your looking at the around the £500 mark (going by a quick search & my own plans to build one up).
EDIT: Indeedy Merlin do seem to have some cheaper than what I've quoted, go have a gander..
Merlin is always my go to site for forks. I know nowt about 29ers, but I would have thought a 15mm thru axle would be fine.
