Can any one help please. I have a fenix ld20 and wondering if a exposure joystick head mount would fit. Thanks for any help

If its the same size at the l2d (and i think it is) then no it won't fit.
I tried it for a while with a rubber sleeve but it was never quite right and broke the holder in the end. Got fed up of the faff and bought a Diablo.

I had a Lokblok for the helmet but found they weren't that good.
I use a piece of 4mm shock cord (bungee) tied in a ring. Feed both ends of the ring through the gaps on a your helmet then wedge the torch underneath the ends.
