Would you go for a hardly used set of Rockshox Pike RC Debonair or for £50 more a new set of Revelation Charger RC's? I can't decide although I think the Rev's with a warranty and little difference might be the way to go...?
I'd be inclined towards a set of the Pikes only if they had warranty.
Mine were brand new and faulty and another couple of people here had similar prolbems with theirs.
Out of interest are the hardly used Pikes on eBay?
They were on eBay, why?
Good to know, thanks
I bought some 160mm Pikes from merlin last week for £375.
They still have them in stock. Hope that helps
Cheers but I need boost, otherwise I would have snapped them up.
slight thread hijack, but potentially useful information in the context of this discussion...
Has anyone had any dealings with bike24.com - and warranty claims (especially in light of notmyrealname's experiences)? 'cos £420 for a set of MY20 Pikes seems like a bit of a billy

(other travel / offset options also available)
At £420 I'd be inclined to go for the ones on Bike24 and pay for the repair if there's any problems. Looks like they're out of stock though.

I thought all Pikes were boost these days?
@flyingpotatoes ...Merlin don't say, are they 15x100? (photo looks like 100)
i've warrantied a set of sektors for a creaking CSU through bike24, no problem whatsoever.
was so simple they hardly had to communiacte with me, just told me to send them in. after that was plain sailing
@stevextc
Yes the ones at Merlin are 15x100 non boost forks.
Didn’t realise the OP needed boost

Hmmmmm .. I need new lowers and by the time I factor in the next damper service and getting a spare maxle that's looking very attractive!
