Hi ordered up a camelbak raincover, my old one has three straps and loops to attach it to the camelbak. Got a new one thru and it only has one strap. Check the packaging and it definately says on the back 'includes three easy to use attachment pints plus cinch strap'
Have camelbak changed the design??

Considered the possibility that you may have a dud ? Send it back.

Yep already done that twice and the 3rd one's jsut arrived with te same problem. Either the design has changed and they haven't updated the wording on the packaging or as you say they've got a dud batch
