Right, I have a hope mini, but there is no fluid in it.
Is the the process the same as normal bleeding as i have done this before , or is there anything different I should be doing ?

No, just fill it up. Give the caliper a damn good tapping to make sure no air gets trapped in there.
Fill it slowly, and squeeze the lever slowly, less chance of trapped air.

keep an eye on the level in the resevoir as you pump as if it's runs dry you'll have to start again, should take about 4 resevoir fills to fill the caliper and hose.

wind the reach adjuster out do you get more fluid movement per pull on the lever.
