Thought I'd share some video (albeit a little shaky) of some riding I did this weekend at Afan. This particular scene is of myself and a mate riding "The Hidden Valley" at Afan's Penhydd trail. Great fun! Hope you enjoy...

Nice video. Hidden Valley is one of my favourite sections at Afan, jolly good fun. Let's see the Sidewinder vid.
