Hey guys
getting my new bike in a week or two whats the best way to protect it as much as i can (apart from my crashing it lol which knowing my luck will be 10mins into my 1st shot! ) just looking to protect it as best as i can seen people mention heli-tape is there a guide on which to buy and how to apply?
any other tips would be great too! 🙂
thanks

i just go to a local vinyl/sticker business and get a 1 meter sheet of 3m clear vinyl (around2mm think) for £30, done 3 bikes out of it and if you take time in applying it, its virtually unnoticeable.
Proper heli-tape was developed to protect the edges of helicopter blades from damage so as you can imagine it's as tough as hell !!
You can buy it on e-bay in all different sizes and cut it to size and shape to fit your bike.Making a mock up piece out of paper helps to reduce wasting your heli-tape especially if you're covering a section where frame tubes join up.
