Anyone else get it??
Not after a pootle but from a hardish ride.. especially worse after riding into a headwind on the drops (tucked up more).

Coffee and weetabix might not be the best breakfast combo for it either.
Is it just a case of sup down some Gaviscon (bleurgh) beforehand?

I dont normally otherwise get it.. just maybe after / during a road ride..

I do... Hard mtb ride always gives me heartburn for some reason. Last year or so if I know I am doing a really hard ride I take a rantidine Tablet in the morning. Actually suppresses stomach acid production as opposed to gaviscon than just relieves the symptoms.

Don't bother with branded stuff like zantac. Sainsburys for example has own brand indigestion relief that uses the same active ingredient ( RANITIDINE) for just over a quid a pack.

No more heartburn.

Obviously if it's persistent or gets worse go see the quack.

Thanks DC.. Will look into it.
I get it from a certain level of exertion and seems to be worse from riding on the drops.
