Tried to get in touch with Propel Distribution and getting no joy, heard on the grape vine they may have gone bust, any truth in this rumour??
I know they have ceased with Formula brakes

Not that I know of, but I do know they're useless at answering their phone or emails.
If you're trying to get hold of them to try & sort anything Formula related, I'd try Formula direct instead.
*edit* could be wrong, no contact page on thier website? No email or phone number visible? Must admit it doesn't look great.
