nice ninja edit to add intrigue ๐Ÿ˜‰ Personally I though your LBS taking a Reverb off the bike of a customer that didnt bring them choccy hobnobs and swapping it with your knackered one was a bit dodgy, but there you go.

SRAM NEED A WARRANTY POLICY OR NOBODY WOULD BUY THEIR STUFF, BECAUSE IT BREAKS.......A LOT

Mine has those scrathes. But it was (new) on a used bike I bought 18 months ago. Maybe I should try for a warranty repair ๐Ÿ™‚
