As above rather than bolt on, fitted in a sliding drop out?

I believe the late great Sheldon Brown used to. There's something on his old website about it.

You could with a chaintug but it'll probably move. Mine did. Bolt on is the way forwards ๐Ÿ˜‰

Then yes I have in a Kona Unit and a QR hub will be fine..

It works fine with a qr all mine are .One reason for nuts rather than qr was to stop the qr being opened in close quarter track racing

I know it's not the same but I run a QR on my singlespeed with track ends.

If you do it, use a shimano skewer as they are stong and clamp securely.

Its for a regular frame. Looks like I'll need to find some new wheels.
