Got someone from Spain interested in a set of my wheels and he's asked for a quote for postage and i dont know where to start....
Has anyone done this before, who did you use and how much was it?

Have done before - Parcelforce I tend to use for convenience factor - have a look at their website - you can price up a delivery online, goes mainly on parcel size thesedays.
