ok, time to pick the hive mind.
Im after a robust/lightweight/breathable hardshell, thats got the following;
Pit zips/vents
Hood that folds away into collar
chest/napoleon pocket.
cuffs that can be pulled in/tightened.
Not in a some ****y hi viz colour (i'll on a vest for that if Im on road).
Any ideas?

Rab alpine event, no pit zips but all the rest. Been a brilliant winter riding shell so far. Got mine for £90 in the sale at rock and run. Still discounted I think.
