Nope never touch that stuff, I find you just end up ruining a downhill due to forgetting to turn it off. For me, I changed the way I road when I went to FS, after first getting one and there was nothing like PP around.

I never use more than Propedal 1. Even then, I often make a conscious decision not to, as I always forget to turn it off until the bottom of a horribly clattery and harsh downhill!
