Hi, I have a Kona Kula Lisa bike (16"), and need to replace the handle bar grips.
Are all grips the same, or do they make them in narrower (length) sizes?
I'm assuming that the handle bar diameter will be the same as on any other bike?

Yes, different lengths are available, as are different external diameters. If you like the ones you have on there now, just measure them and buy some of the same dimensions.
Places like chain reaction cycles show the measurements of their grips, or pop into your LBS and they'll be able to help you.

I got some thinner ones for my boys bike in the chain reaction sale.
Perfect for small lady hands, something like 4 quid.
