Okay, so I'm no Halfordophile myself, but this seems very lazy journalism. Admittedly it was a year ago, but I never heard anything at the time. Just wondered if anyone knew anything more.

I can't see any other brand or shop offering a refund in this case.

So at a guess he's put longer travel forks on a buggered the geometry. Thus voiding the warranty.

So I'm with Halfords on this.

Halfords warantys are very good we replace most things I'm sure a full inquiry would have taken place .my guess is he either put triple clamps on or large travel single crown forks the titan not withdrawn it was a Xmasspecial only

It's actually about a heavily disguised swan nicking charity boxes from a pub, as far as I can see
