[Closed] Guiding around Cape Town, South Africa?

I'm being shipped off to Cape Town for three weeks for work, just when the weather seems to be turning nicer and the evenings are getting longer! I'd quite like to get some riding in while I'm over there if I get any spare days, but I suspect work might question my motives for going if I try to take my bike with me.

Could anyone recommend anywhere that does bike hire and guiding for the odd day in the area? Somewhere where I could just rock up with my clobber (shoes, bag, pedals etc.), hire a bike and join in a ride would be awesome...
