I Fancy a pair of XT or SLX brakes and found that Halfords are offering a good deal. Currently they have a 3 for 2 deal.
I figured if there's 3 of us that want an SLX brakeset we could do quiet well.
> 51.50 each, so 51.50*6 = 309
> Discount of 2 brakes (3 for 2) is 103, so 309-103 = 206
> 206/3 brakes = 69 set
Depends what postage is I guess, but this could be a sensible deal.

If you buy it through their ebay store you got the 3 for 2, plus £10 off if you spend over £100.
You can get SLX F and R for £75 delivered from bike-discount.de . That's probably cheaper once you've factored in re-posting two sets of brakes to other people.
