Bought a Stans Arch MK3 rim from Triton Cycles online 18 months ago and built up a great wheel.
Cleaning it last month I noticed that many drive side nipple holes were splitting. Contacted Triton and they contacted Stans who wanted to see the rim. Sent it back and Stans are warranty replacing the rim.
Really good service from Cara at Triton and from Stans as well, so thanks to them

Another Arch Mk3 failure at the spoke hole. Surprised that Stans are still demanding to see them.
