I realise there are countless threads about flipping stems and assuming the stem is a 'normal' design this is a non-issue
However, this particular stem I wish to flip is 3-bolt, this one specifically:
and it's for my partners bike -- I would have a fairly serious emotional crisis if her handlebars fell off full speed down a hill due to my mechanical blunder...
So, will she die?

Clamp force will be the same regardless of which way up it is
