[#2651916]

My GD has decided to stay stuck down in the lowest position. I've stripped it right down (spring out, seat off, etc.) and tried to undo the collar to release it but it's no good. If I could just somehow get the pin out that normally gets pulled by the magnet I'd be OK, but it won't budge.

Any clues before I contact GD in the States?

It's a classic multi with 1 and 4 inch drop.

Bump for the daytime slackers.

Have contacted GD, so we'll see what they suggest when they wake up on that side of the Atlantic.

tighten the little collar up? and has it been serviced anytime recently? Might just need lubing etc?
