Just wondering whether polarized sunglasses would help or whether any one has any bright ideas for this problem.
They don't work with my htc hero, so doubt they will work. The light from the screens is polarized so you have to have it at the right angle to see anything and even then you may get some very odd colours and weird things happening.

Does your phone have a 'sunlight mode'?

But seriously, even on 100% brightness, it's still just about impossible to read unless I can somewhat shade it by putting it inside my jacket and reading it under my armpit! I can't be the only person with this problem...
