No uk supplier, you have to order direct from gd in the usa, they're pretty quick and helpful though, and take PayPal

I've just enquired about this, they're $75 + $15 P&P for standard UPS.

I've just done this for mine had to pay a tenner ? duty as well
but converting is a doddle and you even get some stick on cable guides
