Have a cheap voodoo limba gravel bike that I want to convert to 1x. Don't wanna spend a ton so plan to keep the 8 speed shifter and fit a Microshift acoltye wide range cassette (12/46) and matching Microshift mech. Will pull ratio of the Shimano claris shifter work with this mech?

Thabks

Quick look online

The Acolyte is the first groupset in the Microshift range that uses the brand’s proprietary cable pull technology. This means it’s incompatible with Shimano’s mountain bike components.

8 speed Shimano road and MTB stuff was cross collapsible with each other so this means that no, your claris shifters won't work.

I got Microshift Mezzo to work with Deore flat bar shifters, as it's designed.

IIRC, Marvo works with Shimano Road 8/9/10.

I may have Marvo and Mezzo the wrong way around.
