Has anyone got a gpx of some north of Cardiff riding they can e-mail me? Doesn't have to be a ride as such more just some ideas. I know the area well but have not ridden much locally in the past year so could do with something to spark my imagination.
Planning to head out for 2/3 hours one evening this week.

If off road, the Castle Bikes guys will show you around some cracking trails.

I checked, don't have any GPXs unfortunately, but I could show you round my local stuff if you like? If it's any different to yours that is.
