Anyone use anything or can point me into the right direction
I want it to track routes speed etc... (Not for finding where someone is)

Memory map will do all that. you can log your route as you go and then the roue profile gives you this information.

It works well for me; it's free; and I can upload the GPX plots into GoodRunGuide for posterity / logging rides.
Only issue I had with the phone is the internal GPS antenna is rubbish on mine ( O2 XDA Zest ) - so I either run with an external antenna and the phone in my camelbak or on a handlebar mount.
