I got this
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=4709

to fit my XTR M985 brakes - My understanding that would fit both front and rear - but due to the length it will not. -am happy to buy a extra length to fit the front too, but my question is will the fittings that are included in the pack which they do both front and rear or will I need to buy another kit?

Thanks
Tim

You've got the kit in front of you, not us!

The description says it will fit front or rear. Not both. You need to buy another kit.

Can i ask why are you going Good ridge? I thought the XTR trails were very powerful?

I got the brakes second hand and the rear hose is not long enough, so I thought I would upgrade the hoses.

There won't be enough fittings to do 2 brakes; there might be enough hose, depending on how big your bike is and what travel forks you've got.

From memory you'll need one of these http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=20446

and two of these:

Use the shimano banjo bolts & o-rings.

Braided hoses are heavy, bit pointless on M985s.
