Tomorrow looks like a cracker weather wise, and I'm free from 12 onwards. I'd like to ride somewhere other than Cannock but I don't think FOD or llandegla are worth the drive that late in the day. So far my choices are east ridge or hopton, where else should I be looking?

Hopton would be top of my list. I love that place.

Church Stretton is good too.

It's only 45 minutes to Macclesfield from Keele Services if that helps? Top natural trails, easy parking, lots of routes that you'll find on here around Macc Forest. Don't spare me a thought whilst I'm at work though ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm just outside Lichfield, so I think peaks is a bit far for a 12 start. Hopton looks good but is still 70miles. Is the Pearce loop any good? Dry?

I'd guess its dry...not been there since last year but I think its great fun.

The first big climb is a killer but you are rewarded with a great downhill. I think its hot a good mix of stuff...tough climbs, good DH's, swoopy singletrack.
