Then there are the Sky/Cavendish/Wiggins books but I've not read any of them to recommend them. All seem a bit premature.
Millars book is very good,
Cavs book is great too.
+1 for Cav's Boy Racer. It was a gift and didn't think I'd like it but really enjoyed it.
Blazing Saddles is also a good read if you're interested in the tour de france and it's history.
At the risk of being flamed, Lances books are worth a read.
How I won the yellow jumper by Ned Boulting is good. Millar's book, really interesting.
Another vote for How I Won the Yellow Jumper by Ned Boulting. If you've got Kindle then you can download a short book called Dispatches from The Tour by Boulting as well. Very dry sense of humour, good read.

my all time fave The Great Bike Race by Geoffrey Nicholson (out of print now but the story of the 1976 tdf)
read the cav book, so enthralling i can't realy remember any of it
Rough Ride, Bad Blood and The Life and Death of Marco Pantani should set any modern cycling fan up for a lifetime of healthy scepticism 😉
How I Won the Yellow Jumper is a very enjoyable read

The Fignon biog is excellent despite the age. He doesn't pull any punches about his state of mind and what it takes to compete at his level. Bad blood is another great one.
Try Rouleur's website, they do some cracking reads.
