[Closed] Good Budget Used (i.e. c. £500 new?) 26" HT Disc Frame?

I’m after a better 26” HT disc frame than my 2008 Hardrock which my son wants (having outgrown his Inbred). Additionally, I want to upgrade the g/f’s bike to discs. With that in mind I’ve decided to buy a whole bike used to accomplish both.

I’m leaning towards 68 degree-ish head angle, ideally 120mm fork and 2.5” tyre clearance (Morzine) and I don’t want to pay more than £300. Other than the bike having smooth wheel bearings and working brakes I don’t care about any ancillaries, so quality of OEM groupset is irrelevant; I just want the best frame for the money. Haven’t confirmed frame tyre clearance but the Saracen Mantra Pro and Voodoo Hoodoo seem well respected frames (I’ve seen both of these available in budget), is there anything else I should be looking at?

Bike is used for a bit of everything but mainly commuting and trail centres.

The STW collective wisdom much appreciated.

If you're looking SH I know 'someone' with a good but lightly peeling decal Santa Cruz Chameleon 26er in your range?
