I utterly understand this has been done to death, but I'm really chasing my tail on this one...SO much advice????

Right, I need a set of ust tyres that'll handle what the Peak District(perhaps the rare visit to the lakes) can throw at them (including the rock descent at millars dale).

I simply can not make a decision so I'm asking the good folks here to give me thier advice. Again, sorry for such a dull post but it'd be a great help for me.

Cheers.

as an aside I have non-UST High Rollers and very pleased with them in most situations bar sticky sloppy mud.

Yeah, but LUST? Why go for the compromise of Light UST?? If you want tough tyres you have to go for proper UST. Hutchinson would be my choice. (and is, for the Alps)

Edit: See THIS thread re LUST
