Depends on which Fuse you're looking at and the sort of riding you're planning on doing..

the pro - riding in the lakes and trails.

got a carbon xc race bike thats not much fun when up in the Lakes for example.

dont want to spend 3k on fs.

not bothered about doing crazy stuff so 120mm and slacker than classic xc geometry sounds great.

only ever had xc bikes with steep angles

Have a mate with one, he rides 29 front wheel, 650+ back wheel, looks like great fun.
