I've got a set of i-spec adaptors coming for my non-i-spec shifters. I found, ages ago, the instructions for converting the shifters but cant, for the life of me, now find it.
Does anyone have a link to the Shimano doc for doing the conversion?

Any shop with a Madison account can get them, part number is SMSL78P. Wiggle and CRC have both had deliveries of them recently.
