Want to get a ride in on New Years eve with some mates and I'm thinking a trail centre just for ease. The only thing that I think effects a trail centre in these conditions is the ice on north shore. Is the B line just silly when it's frosty or does it keep some grip? I would just walk the the stuff at Gisburn as it's pretty minimal but lethal when slippy.
The other thing to factor in is road access. Tosside is not the easiest, so I'm leaning toward Degla.
