Need a new Gilet, not insulated, with a chest pocket for phone
Muted colour.
Don't want pockets on the back.
Windproof / mesh back if possible.
For MTBing, wont use it for anything else.
Quality zip, which is what always seems to break when they get covered in mud / jammed.
Any recommendations?
Worth looking at hiking/running gilets for this kind of thing; I use an old North Face one which fits your spec but no idea what the model is or if still available. A random google throws up an Adidas 'Own the Run' gilet that looks similar though minus the mesh back.

I have an older version of this insulated gilet. It's a quality bit of kit with phone sized chest pocket.
I wear a rapha gilet on the MTB. Great gilet with no front pockets. Eye wateringly expensive even in a sale, but always done exactly what I was hoping for.

Montane featherlight gilet is great, but no mesh back so can get a bit sweaty if you're just wearing to keep the wind off
Im interested too. I have the Decathalon biking gilet, which is super light, super packable, wind proof annd extremely breathable. And very well priced. But no pockets.
