does anyone know where I can order online a giant reign 2 that will be shipped to the UK, buying in euros is for cheaper than pounds at the moment.

There are few German stores that have done previously, but the first one that came into my head doesn't do Giant anymore (no idea if that's connected). Throw "giant reign" into google.de and see what comes up (I did and there are a few, but no idea whether they ship internationally).
