these are the stock wheels on my 2012 Defy. They have done at most 1000 mainly dry miles and the freehub is rough and noisy. It has never been jetwashed. As only a couple of months old the wheel is in the car ready to drop at the shop tomorrow. A quick google found this :

bit surprised for a reasonably pricey wheel with cartridge bearings. Any one else finding this problem ? Hopefully a removal and regrease is all it needs

well, just picked up from shop. new freehub fitted, maybe a bad one/batch..
